		<description>I&#039;m really glad I found this post. I love the idea of musical stairs. It immediately made me start wondering how other &quot;get active&quot; ideas can be subtly incorporated into our environment (I&#039;m in the U.S. and we have a major obesity problem). Creating activities that allow people to exercise while focusing on the &quot;fun&quot; rather than the  &quot;work&quot; and not requiring any additional time to be set aside - I can&#039;t find any flaws in that plan.

(On another note, it would&#039;ve been nice if you had the Subscribe to Comments plugin installed so I could follow other people&#039;s comments on this post.)</description>
